An energy healing modality that identifies and releases trapped emotions, which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the bodies tissues and can cause physical discomfort. You do not have to recall details or memories of traumatic experiences for your body to release them. You do not have to relive pain for your body to process and let go. The emotional build up can be decades old or not even yours. A few days without a shower, most people are feeling pretty gross. But most people have decades of unresolved emotions that they aren't aware of. Let's clear them out!

Distance healing, also known as remote healing or healing by Proxy, is a technique to extend healing energy to individuals who are not physically present with the practitioner. This practice is rooted in the belief that energy transcends physical limitations and can be transmitted and received across any distance with focused intention. Proxy testing is muscle testing that is done on a proxy- a person who acts in place of another person

Adults, kids and even pets can benefit from releasing trapped emotions. It’s a simple, non-invasive method. I have worked on all of the above and have seen results in each!

What can I expect during a live session?

Accepted Answer

These will be done either via zoom video or phone call. I will begin with your name, age and review what you are experiencing (physical or emotional) and discuss the intensity. We will hold a moment of silence and I will ask for permission to enter your energy field. I will then locate and release up to 10 emotions in one session, one by one. Your body will dictate how many we can do in one session and how much information we need to know about each one.

What will I feel during a session?

Everyone is different, some may feel an energy shift, such a chills or goosebumps, waves of emotions, yawning or feeling relaxed. Most people tell me they feel lighter immediately.

Is there anything I need to do to process?

You will be given a processing period of 24-48 hours after a session in which your body will be processing the energy shifts. During this time you may feel a little tired, lighter or more at ease. Think of it like pulling out a splinter, your body is healing the tissues around what was released.

How do email sessions work?

Email sessions work the same way as a live call, only I do them without being on the phone and the results are emailed to you on the day of the appointment. I recommend these for someone who has completed one or several live sessions with me.

How long until I see results?

Everyone’s healing journey is unique. It depends on how many layers (think of an onion) of trapped emotions or imbalances are contributing to a specific issue. Most will feel results immediately and others notice subtle shifts over a few week period. I find the more consistent the work, the more benefits you see.

What is your cancelation policy?

Can you help me pinpoint areas to clear?

Yes! During the first 10 minutes of your introductory session or discovery call, we will talk through what is going on and how we can tailor your session to help clear out what you no longer need. Typically, it is whatever is at the forefront or that comes to mind first. I will help guide you through it to trust yourself and use your subconscious mind to nail it down.

Upon completing your discovery and introductory call we can access an individual package that works for you to dive deeper. I find this work to be the most helpful when done consistently.

We refer to a “heart-wall” as a metaphorical barrier made of trapped emotional energy surrounding the heart.
